Exterior MDF

Exterior Grade MDF has been specially developed to meet the needs of users looking for better properties than Interior Grade MDF. It has a higher density than Interior grade, better moisture resistance, increased resistance to fungus attack, and better printability. It is bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde resin and is more suitable for high-humidity applications than Interior Grade.
Exterior Grade MDF has been coloured PINK to differentiate it from the other grades. It has a hard-wearing and durable surface, making it ideal for prefinished partitioning applications.
Application
As this MDF is printable & paintable, it is used on furniture surfaces and making decorative walls. It is ideal for more demanding applications such as furniture bases, backing photo lamination, picture frames, partitioning, and most applications where plywood has been traditionally chosen over standard MDF. It is also used for making decorative waves and grill boards.
