What is Flush Door?
The flush doors manufacturing process is similar to Block Boards, but flush doors are thicker (30mm to 45mm). Flush doors are made by sandwiching plywood (with core & face) over a light wooden frame. Pinewood or mixed hardwood is used to create these wooden frames, which decide the door price.
- 9 Ply construction: This is known as Triple Core Flush Door. Three plywood core & face veneer pressed on both sides of the wooden frame. This type of flush door only made if someone ordered 35MM or more thickness.
- 5 Ply Construction: This is known as Single Core Flush Door. It is the most common type of flush door used in the Indian market. Only one core & Face veneer pressed on both sides of the wooden frame. Perfect for a 30MM door.
